        Making me put the jalapeo ranch on the side for me to open it up and put it on myself as opposed to just putting it on the sandwich in the first place is the stupidest rule Ive ever heard.

        Ordered a #9 and had barely any Mayo. I pulled a big piece of clear plastic out of my mouth and can only assume it was part of a food handler's glove. Not good! I used to love Jmmy John's, but service has gone downhill. So sad! Maybe Jersey Mike's is the way to go. Just sayin'.
