I will recommend this Realty company to anyone because Abby Williams and Polly Pearson are great realtors. They have excellent communication and are very good at helping you find the property that is right for you. I had been trying to get a realtor or other real estate help in Missoula Montana and I couldn't get a call back. I was ready to buy a house right then and there and for some reason, no one would talk to me. I had money, and excellent credit, was very clear on what I wanted, and yet... nothing. Then I went to Great Falls and talked to Abby Williams and her partner Polly Pearson and we were all set with excellent caring people who wanted to help us find the right quality home. We knew what we wanted and when the right house came onto the market a month or so later Polly and Abby were right there with me and we put in an offer so so fast. They were both awesome!! It was a perfect experience and I love my home. If anyone I know needs another one I tell them that Abby and Polly are the best!!

As an update: a team Leader from Keller Williams reached out to me to hear our story. While there is nothing she can do or suggest after the fact, she was very responsive and sympathetic. And asked what I felt could have been done better or what can be done to improve services in the future. Good question. Unfortunately, realtors are ethically limited to what information can be offered, and cannot give a buyer their opinion on the neighborhood. They can relay the negatives they hear about the house, but thats about it. The only thing I could come up with was, when virtual tours are requested by the buyer, that videos of the neighborhood and all surrounding properties be included. That way buyers get a sense of the area. *** We moved to Great Falls in September 2020. Im just now making a review because I needed time to evaluate the neighborhood situation. Kelsey C. was our agent when we planned our move from a Ohio and bought a house in Great Falls. We trusted her to be our eyes and ears as a buyers agent since choosing a home would be sight unseen. Just a few highlights of issues: although Kelsey was very good about keeping us informed, she dropped the ball getting documents to the lender, causing confusion and delays. She took videos of the house for us, saying it is gorgeous, that she showed it a few times but didnt understand why it just sits. She wasnt completely truthful about a slope in the finished basement floor. It is much worse than what she said plus there are areas where it drops down, as if concrete is missing. The biggest issue is the neighborhood. The videos showed the one house next door, but not the other. This other property is an eyesore. If she had done her due diligence she would have easily discovered that the people who live there have had police called on them several times; And the resident has a violent behavior. I feel like we were taken advantage of since we were easy targets to unload a house in a problem area. The saying, buyer beware is so true. Sad you cant even trust a realtor who is supposed to be working for you.
