Kim and Jake were AWESOME to work with. They were able to work with our schedule which wasnt super convenient for them, yet they did great. We had some specific things that mattered to us in the house and some specific cost restraints that they stayed within the bounds of. My husband is a quiet introvert and he prefers someone who is able to tell him the important details of the house like information about when the furnace/roof/AC was last replaced, etc. without making him talk too much beyond that. Im prefer more of the social chatting during the process. They do a good job of reading the room so to speak and making sure everyone is getting what they need. They made the process easy for us and quick which we needed. 10/10 recommend! Love them.

Kim and Jake are amazing they helped us get into our first home and were with us every step of the way at all hours. Even when our loan fell apart just 2 weeks before we were supposed to close they always answered all of our questions no matter how silly I thought they were. I would recommend them to anyone they are the absolute best.
