I didn't chose this shipping company! I would not recommend either! I order a above pool from Walmart! They chose the shipping company. The box was so damaged that they wouldn't deliver. I'm missing pieces and now can't fill my pool. I called and was nice about the situation. They said they would call me back. They did not. Now I can't get the missing pieces. The pool is out of stock! These people only care about money. Do not go thru them.

Absolutely do not recommend as a shipping company to use. Ordered over $4000 of the same product on the 7th and it has been delayed 7 times! They dont update anything other then estimated day it will come which has changed 7 fricken times! I have checked all weather around where my shipment is and all the weather has been fine so I dont understand why there have been so many delays. Worthless company.

Estes Express is friendly, has great service, takes good care of our freight, and problem solves easily if needed. The sales rep Kiley is super easy to work with! Dave, the driver is always fun and happy when picking up our freight. And Lynn in the office is friendly and helpful with anything we need. Great company to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
