Ken was amazing to work with! He was professional, timely, and met the constraints of our budget. Ken's communication was great. We had him finish our basement. About 300 square feet with a living room, 1/2 bath, and closet. Thanks Ken! We were beyond impressed and are willing to recommend him to anyone looking for renovations. I am the Business Manager of a LLC who "flips" houses. I contacted Ken at Golden Oak when we were in a real pinch with another contractor to help us out and finish the job as project manager. Ken did an outstanding job for us and we were able to sell the house quickly and for full price. Ken is a good supervisor of any crews he has and consious of one's budget and goal.
