I am not one to leave comments about companys and tell people negative things about them, but if an issue isnt even going to be attempted to be fixed by this company then they are not a company to work with!
I contacted this company (Justin) about coming and refinishing my tub. He was kind and polite. Everything was fine. The day arrived, the man that did come showed up late, left my entire bathroom a mess! I had powder all over my bathroom, down my hallway, and even into my living room! I was not at all impressed. Then to top it off the man that did come told my husband that he had to leave early to pick up his kid from school. Not only did he arrive late but he left early.
As a result of him rushing, my tub was cracking again not even a year later. I have only cleaned my tub with the correct products the man who did the job, left me on a piece of paper. I was told this job would last 5 years with a guarantee.
I was in contact with Justin. I sent Justin photos of the spots where it is chipping. He said he would get back with me about it, and he never did.
NOW I am 2 years into when they redid my tub and I have called and left voicemails. He wont answer my calls, and wont return my calls. He wont own up and fix what should have been right the first time!
Do not use this company. Your house will be a complete mess, the job will look nice but then it will chip all over again a year later and nothing will be done about it. Honestly just buy a new tub because in the end the tub will chip again and Justin wont do anything about it, and youll be paying more to have it fixed again than just buying a new tub to start with.
