Do not trust these people! After 3 weeks of appts and scans and plans a week before major oral surgery they decide they can't promise success. All on implants but on possibly 2 posts. Claimed not sure there is enough bone but these scans had already been reviewed by another dentist who said they could do 5 at least 4 based on my bone density. $20,000 plus for what that? I choose them because I would be able to have one dentist instead of two to finish the work. Not with the cost or time!!! Getting a refund and going anywhere else!

Everyone from the receptionist, to the x-ray tech, to the evaluator, to the demtist, to the cleaner, were extremely friendly and professional. I had an incredibly positive first impression.

I would totally give this company a negative rating if it would let me. My husband saw them last year and we thought things were fine. Then we received a statement in the mail a year later for over $1,000 balance they say was owed. Tried to call the payment number, they refused to help us with explaining the statement because they said I was not authorized to talk on his behalf, which I am as he is on all of our accounts. Then tried to make a payment online. It wont accept Care Credit, which they had him get to cover his dental work. Why would you ask us to get a card that you dont accept over the phone or online? Called the location that he went to and was continuing put on hold instead of someone talking to us. Called the 2nd location in town and at least they explained the statement to me even though it doesnt make sense that they would even be sending us the bill in the first place. They dont take care credit over the phone or online? They had us get that card in the first place!!! So why would you not take it online or over the phone, but only in person at the store?? Terrible place! very unprofessional and unorganized. We will never return here or refer anyone here!
