Has horrible documentation. I haven't had a correct bill since I've started therapy. I have to email her every week to correct bills trying to overcharge me. Then Kadra gets rude explaining to me as if I am stupid what she did wrong when I had to ask for her to correct it in the first place. She's made me quit a therapist I enjoy because the stress of having to deal with Kadra is absurd.
