Biggerstaff Plumbing Heating & Air

We had numerous other companies come out before Biggerstaff. They all seemed clueless and said they'd be getting back to us with more information of what needed to be done. Biggerstaff came today and has our A/C running and operating like normal again. Only took him a couple of hours and at a very good price for the repairs. Thank you! Thank you Jim for coming out this evening to get my A/C cooling again. I called the company that installed a new furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago and was told it would be a week until someone could come out. It was 85 degrees in my house so called Biggerstaff and Jim was out in about an hour. Found the defective part and it's cool again! Many thanks Jim for your kindness and professionalism... Got me in much faster than I expected, they got the known issues fixed quickly, and figured out an unknown issue in time to fix it before it got any worse. 10/10, highly recommend.
