Stephanie was great. She helped us through the sale of our house and throughout the process of buying a new home. She not only educated us through the process, she also helped minimized our stress by answering a lot of our questions, and dealt with the issues we were having with our new home builder. She was very easy to talk to and was always available to us. If she didnt know the answer to our questions, she would research it and get back to us. She made our experience feel more like a friendship and less like we were just a client. I would highly recommend her.

Stephanie guided us through the whole process of selling our house and purchasing a new one. By following her advice, our house sold in one day and for well over asking price. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone buying or selling a property.

I choose Stephanie to help me buy my first house, and she was incredible. Since this was my first home purchase, I knew almost nothing about buying a home or what to look for. Stephanie was paramount in teaching me what to look for, and she advised me as not just a real estate agent, but as a friend. Not only that, but she also looked at houses with me for multiple months, as I learned what I really wanted in a house. The market was incredibly hot when I was searching, but Stephanie still managed to find houses and schedule walk-throughs the day the houses were listed. This, combined with her helpful advice, was ultimately what led to me living in the perfect home. If it weren't for Stephanie, I would be less educated and living in a house not nearly as perfect as the home she helped me find.
