When my wife and I decided to sell our home and downsize, I began by searching online and I found Ben Souchek's web site. I felt very comfortable with the information I read and even contacted The Better Business Bureau. Then I made the call and was completely surprised when Mr. Souchek himself arrived at my property for our appointment. He described the process and conducted an inspection. We found Ben and his company after we lost our 2 sisters in 4 mos and needed to help my mother sell her home and to transition to assisted living. Selling my Mother's house to the Sierra Group couldn't have been easier. Within days they came to the house, made a fair offer and a week later we were closing. After having a bad experience with a representative of a home buyer company who breached the contract they had made with us, I was extremely grateful to find The Sierra Group and to work with Ben and Kevin in the sale of our home recently. Ben met with me, assessed our property and explained what our options were in working with The Sierra Group. I didnt feel pressured or hassled as we had been with the other company. The closing was able to be done very quickly and it really was a seamless process. I was grateful not to have to deal with inspectors or to do staging and have multiple showings.
