I called integrity around july of 2021 about installing a new sliding glass and screen door. It took until November for the door to arrive - not their fault, the whole world was dealing with shipping delays and supply chain issues. However, when the subcontractors installed my door a part was done incorrectly and there was no screen door. Its now been 7 months and I have called them at least 3 times about my screen door. All three times someone has promised to look into it and call me back. No one has ever called me back. I am very disappointed in the customer service of a company that has integrity in their name.
