Gatsby Glass of Lincoln, NE

I withdrew my order deposit; They had wasted enough of my time. I didnt see any reason for further disappointment. This is now Gatsby Glass. Many Years ago, BJs had a good reputation. They do offer a good showroom selection/display, but little-to-no retail acumen, or useful communication beyond the inanimate floor show; the classic one hand doesnt know what the other is doing & prying for any morsel of information. I went elsewhere, and I recommend that you do as well if you are at all seasoned in construction, or you expect to feel valued as a customer.

Came out and measured, we visited showroom, made a choice, we made a follow up asking for a quote, they said we would receive later in the day.. Never heard back. Obviously dont need our money.

Zero communication! Ordered glass on September 21st. Put down 50% deposit and there has been zero communication from them. I made 3 calls with a promise to call back and they did not call. Had to call Greg in Omaha to complain. Dave the manager does not return calls. #1 reason business fails is lack of communication! The guy in the office today told me they get a lot of complaints about lack of communication. Looks like they need some competition in the market place. This would be a great opportunity for someone to step up and provide a better customer experience that would make BJ Shower work harder to provide a better business model. At this point I will wait to hear back from the manger in Omaha to see what he is going to do to rectify this problem. I will update this review when things are taken care of and the door is installed.
