        I genuinely believe this company does not care about its tenants in the slightest. Very very unprofessional and unorganized. Office door has always been locked and lights off during business hours every time I tried stopping in. Not to mention Ive had to put out two fires outside caused by OTHER residents since Ive lived here. Very lazy with lease renewal and moving out was a disaster. Do not recommend.

        I personally like the comfort it has, very good so far I have not seen anything defective, well only that the air I see does not cool the house otherwise excellent

        Spacious and comfortable apartments, with great clarity thanks to their large windows, quiet and central location. If I had to rent again, I would definitely do it again with JAllen!
