        Been living here for a year. Wasn't the nicest place when I moved in, but with great communication from the main office staff and a lot of hard work from the maintenance team (specifically Matt he's been helping out a ton) it's turned into a great place to live. Used to smell, there were a few leaks, hinges were in bad shape, but now everything is basically perfect.

Our community combines quality apartments, wonderful location, and excellent management to create a great rental experience. All of our apartments have central air conditioning, spacious closets, and a patio or balcony. Our pet-friendly community has a fitness center, a dog park, two swimming pools, garages, and more great amenities for our residents to enjoy!We are proud to provide wonderful apartment rentals in Omaha, NE.
