The team, especially Hailey and Jon, in the front office and the maintenance team have been absolutely fantastic with responsiveness and with helping to take care of any concerns that I might have had. Thank you to all staff!

It is so so rare to come across good property managers throughout apartments, and its even MORE rare to come across amazing property managers who truly care and go above and beyond. Falgrove seriously secured a diamond when they hired Haley W. Not only has she been an amazing property manager over the years in general, but she seriously goes above and beyond for her residents. Its not hard to see how amazing she is at her job and how much thought/care she puts into the people there. We started off with a rough few years here at falgrove, and if you check out our maintenance history its not hard to see that. Haley has truly flipped our experience upside down in the past couple of years and were so sad to loose her as a property manager with us moving out. I am so grateful to have had such an amazing experience all due to her patience, care, and empathy towards the individuals at this property. Anyone would be lucky to have Haley as their property manager. She is truly a diamond in the rough when it comes to apartment management. Thank you for everything youve done to make our experience better Haley!!

Absolute worst place I have ever lived in 46 years. Sadly I have had Nothing but issues since moving in. They had to replace my washer/dryer, which I didn't know, and they left my dryer in the foyer with clothes (unmentionables) hanging out for everyone to see all evening until I was home from work, they replaced my dishwasher with the dirty stinky one pictured below, it took they 2 months to fix my ac, they refuse to compensate me for my ridiculous electric bill,  they have left my house a mess every time they come in to fix or re-fix things. They have not fixed under my sink where there is water damage. I have a busted microwave, but I guess until it breaks it cant be replaced. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. DUMP! HORRIBLE UPKEEP AND ALL AROUND WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN OMAHA!!!!!
