    Today I went there looking for a unit because I saw online that they were available and when I entered the office the lady was on the phone and she didn't even ask me how she could help me, I waited approximately 25 minutes and no one answered me, in the end I had to leave the office with no answer

    We had roaches living in our oven when we moved in and it took over a month for them to do anything about it. Our kitchen sink stopped up and they managed to flood the basement fixing it, ruining things of ours. Theres a pool, but it hasnt worked since we moved in last summer. Our AC is currently on full blast, but its still 85 inside, at 11pm. And only getting hotter. The office messed up our rent on the portal one month and we still got a threatening letter over it, and they STILL tried getting a late fee from us EVEN AFTER ADMITTING IT WAS THEIR FAULT. One star bc they allow pets.

    When I moved in construction was not done and I had construction workers in and out without my knowing for the first week. The townhome had cockroaches and has had multiple leaks in the first month of me moving in. There is extensive water damage through out the townhome from the previous tenant and the place needed extensive cleaning done before I wanted to unpack anything. I put in a work order for leaks in my basement from the half bath and outlets not working (which could be due to faulty wiring and is a potential fire risk) 2 weeks ago and they have not called to schedule maintenance to enter my home and fix these issues. Most importantly, I asked them to schedule pest control again after the initial spray and they did not email me informing me of them entering my home. This is separate from the monthly pest control list.
