I will not return to this location. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Staff did not acknowledge me, seemed annoyed I asked for help at all, and refused with vague reasons to even look at my battery.

Walked into the store noticed an employee sitting down on a ladder on his phone got in line to get helped. He ended up helping me. He has curly hair about 55 - 57 and a little bit on the heavier side. Worst experience ever I went in there to get oil filter and oil Never have I got the filter myself. An AutoZone employee always has got it for me. Not sure what the policy is. gives me the part number for the oil filter. I go back there to look for it. I come back to him and I let him know I cant find it. He doesnt even try to go back there with me and look for it. there was another guy with a gray shirt. Im assuming hes a manager there about 61-62 baldheaded that was no help and at the end of the day they both had the same attitude.
