I originally had an order with American Auto that I placed through their website. I was given a call shortly after that the part had already been sold and I would be refunded. Frustrated with not hearing anything after this call, I reached out to let them know my frustrations. However, when I got in touch with the company, Ryan informed me that they actually had been able to secure another part and were going to send it out to me. I was shocked! This car is extremely hard to find parts for and I couldnt believe they were able to still uphold my original transaction and get one sent to me. They even waved shipping costs after I had incorrectly set it to pick up the part, instead of shipping it to me multiple states away. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone searching for car parts and will not hesitate to reach out to Ryan and his team again for any future need I have. They have amazing customer service and really go above and beyond. Thank you again!

First off, they had a throttlebody that I had been searching for a couple years now. Lol 2nd it was in excellent shape and pretty clean. 3rd, the throttle body arrived a couple days before it was supposed to and was packed with care in the box! Woo hoo!! 4th, the eBay listing for the throttle body was very descriptive on what it came from and the details like what transmission its for (they matter on these units). Also the price was pretty fair I think, especially considering its a hard part to find. Overall Im very pleased with these people and will definitely be looking towards them next time I need used parts. I also saved them as a seller on eBay for next time. I need something. Highly recommended!!
