        My visit to Advance Auto Parts was marred by exceptionally poor customer service. The guy I interacted with over the phone was not only rude but also displayed condescending behavior. Leon needs some customer service training. Such treatment raises concerns about the overall customer experience, making me hesitant to recommend this store to others. 0/5 if it was possible.
