Chase Bank

During my multiple visits to Chase bank, I've generally had positive experiences. However, there was one instance where I had to endure a lengthy wait in line, and I noticed that some people were quite frustrated with the queues. I'd suggest making an appointment before visiting to avoid the hassle of long waiting times. It can make your trip to the bank much smoother and more efficient.

100% best customer service I have ever seen! We had my dad's estate account here and from start to finish they treated our family amazing. Even when we (I) was difficult.

Horrible bank. This is my secondary account that is a shared bank account. Deposited a check and Waited 2 weeks for a check to clear. We called the bank to make sure we would not have the same issues with a second check from the same person/bank. They assured us that it would be available in 3 days at most. Called again to check on the status of the second check. Now I am being told funds will be available in 8 days because they could not verify the funds. Except, the person who wrote the check shows the check has cleared from their bank. Meanwhile we have payments coming through and will receive a return payment fee and overdraft fees. All the person could tell me on the phone was that I could call back. Will drop this bank and stick with my main account.

I've had a great experience with Chase Bank and especially the staff at this location. Jessica, Brandi, and Noelle have been great to work with--highly recommend!
