My brother-in-law was proposing this past Saturday and I ordered an arrangement as a congratulations. I was happy with the response time of the staff and they offered to have the flowers delivered next door to the restaurant we were having dinner at after the proposal which was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with what was delivered. It failed to meet my expectations for the price I paid @ $65. It was not full at all and most of the flowers placed were not even bloomed. It was just a bunch of green bulbs. The white flowers placed were starting to wilt/looked used. We traveled in from Chicago (very much used to higher priced arrangements) and for that price point and what was delivered it was very disappointing. The arrangement looked sad and thats what I felt. I could feel my cheeks reddening as I was sitting there looking at the wilted flowers and gifting them to my future sister in law.I was I wish I wouldve just purchased flowers from the grocery store and saved $40

Such a unique shop. Awesome cards...you can plant and they bloom into flowers! Great fragrance of candles and incense. Friendly and welcoming store.

Dumped me 4 months before my wedding due to being too busy. Was in contact and had a verbal agreement since the beginning of march, but never received a contract, so Im unprotected. Its been a nightmare trying to find a replacement, as every floral shop is booked for my wedding date already. Being a part of the industry, Im sure they were well aware of the situation they put me in. I hate to be one to give a negative review for a small local business, but this is unacceptable and causing me so much unnecessary stress for my big day. Not okay.

When Matilde opened in Omaha I swear I felt a beautiful energy shift in our city. Were so lucky to have Becky and her talented staff. I could go on and on and so I will. Things I love: The shop is pure magic and you feel like youre walking into a movie when you walk into it. Am I in Europe? Is this a dream? Nope, its Matilde. Her arrangements have beautiful movement and are different from anything youll find around here. They challenge you with flowers you dont see anywhere else but also put that comforting smile on your face with those traditional flowers too. Its just the right balance of intrigue of what shell create but also dependability of knowing itll be GOOD! Her years of experience show in everything she does. If youre eating at a place with the best food in town or walking into a unique building or business youre probably surrounded by flowers from this shop. Why? Because good quality needs the same quality of company. The photos on Instagram alone will tell you everything you need to know. If you get a chance to hire Matilde or stop in for some of the most thoughtfully curated selection gift items or flowers you absolutely should. We use her bubble bath, incense cones and both fresh and dried flowers in our short term vacation rental and I can tell you it absolutely elevates the experience.
