Got flowers delivered to my wife for valentines day. Contrary to some of the reviews on here, the flowers delivered were beautiful and made her day. She got many compliments from coworkers about how pretty the arrangement was. Pricing was also slightly cheaper compared to some of the other shops nearby. Delivery was smooth despite the hassle of delivering to a hospital. Will definitely be using again.

I tried to order a candy bouquet for my mothers birthday while I was out of town. After placing the order and hearing nothing from them for hours as well as making multiple phone calls to them that went unanswered, they finally called me to let me know they wouldnt be able to deliver the flowers that day as previously promised they could on their website. They then asked if they could deliver the flowers the following Monday instead. I said that was fine before quickly remembering the following Monday was Presidents Day and my mother wouldnt be at work. Within five minutes of them calling me, I called them back and again no one answered. I then tried three different phone numbers found on Google to again no answer. One of the phone numbers had a voice mail option though, so I left a voicemail asking them to please deliver the candy bouquet on Tuesday instead. No one ever called me back and Monday morning I got an email saying the candy bouquet had been delivered. So, I had to drive to my mothers work, go to the other side of the office and pick up the flowers and drive them myself to my mother. The candy isnt even the same candy as was advertised on their website! This was a huge mess all around and extremely frustrating. I am not sure if they need to hire more staff or what, but something needs to change.
