Blooms

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day and used their website. Their descriptions were quite ambiguous but I figured they would be on par with other florists I have ordered from in the past in Omaha. The bouquet was delivered and my wife sent me pictures. The arrangement was half the size at best of what I was expecting. I called and let them know that I was unhappy, they apologized and the only solution offered was to return the flowers for a refund. They insisted the value was there which is subjective and I can only base my opinion on their competitions pricing and my previous years of ordering. Im not going to take these flowers away from my wife, so my only recourse is to leave this review. I would advise shopping elsewhere so you get your moneys worth.

Love it love it love it love it!!! I ordered the day before for my sister-in-laws birthday, and couldnt expect that much cuz it was so last minute. OMG, this is the bomb! amazingly beautiful arrangement and the add-on item is also very satisfactory!! I admire their pro skill and the taste Thanks you so much

I have so much gratitude for Bloom and how they handled my request. I called days before Christmas, the busiest time of year and spoke to Alisa. My friend had just been transferred to a hospice home and was hours/ days away from passing. I knew I was not going to be able to travel to Omaha to see her, but wanted to be with her in some way and let her know I loved her. Elisa was so kind and compassionate. The arrangement was delivered the same day. Friends who could be there with our friend said the flowers were so beautiful. They took a few of the roses as a keepsake for when we have her celebration of life. If you are looking for a florist with heart, this it it.

Blooms did the flowers for my wedding, and it was the best choice I made. Claire was wonderful to work with - I showed her some pictures I liked and the colors I wanted and she made it 1000% better than I thought possible. I would use Blooms for all my future flower needs.
