Dennis came out on a Thursday morning to give an estimate for a new garage door vs new rails. He seemed to have a bad attitude from the start. I was not home but this is what I was told by my SO. I called him later that afternoon and left message for him to call me. I called again on Friday afternoon because I hadn’t heard from him and left another message. Called again on Saturday and finally spoke to him. I am not the homeowner, my cousin is so maybe he didn’t want to deal with me but he also did not contact my cousin even though he said he left 2 messages.
Called him on Monday morning and set appointment for Thursday to replace rails as door was not an option because of length of time in ordering door.
Kirk came out on Thursday and replaced rails. He was courteous and friendly and had them replaced and garage door working in about 75 min. Overall I would use again but definitely wouldn’t want to deal with Dennis again.

ODW repaired my garage door Oct 14th. Repairman arrived on time, explained very well everything needed and repaired to my satisfaction. He explained to me ways to maintain the doors. I will contact for any future new or maintenance.
