        I had a fantastic experience at Keepsakes. I came in to get a dainty necklace untangled it had two really intricate knots in it and Id worked on it for weeks but couldnt do it myself. They were very kind, communicated the process clearly, and now my necklace is untangled and clean. Fantastic customer service would highly recommend for all your repair needs!
