        Is there any chance your drivers could avoid blocking crosswalks during pick up or drop off? There are parking spots typically available. Even free ones for up to 15 minutes. There is no sense in endangering pedestrians to convenience your clients. Safety: Endangering pedestrians by blocking crosswalks.

        Rooms: Large, clean and nicely furnished. Sadly, like most U.S. hotels you have to ask for your room to be serviced. Other than that it was great to be in town and close by to watch the NCAAs basketball tournament.

        Great hotel overall. Very high end, but do not fall for the overpriced breakfast buffet. Absolute ripoff at 17$ adults and 9$ children. I've stayed at cheaper hotels with better complimentary breakfast. Terrible breakfast ruined the whole experience for me.
