Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha West

We had booked a two queen room and were moved without notice to a King room. Both occupants are over 6 and the only option for the second sleeper was a pull out sofa with a thin mattress. No bedding was provided and one of the occupants slept with a towel as a cover. We booked the room as loyal Marriott members with Titanium level status (meaning 75+ nights a year). Moves are to be based on status and we shouldnt have been bumped. The staff were not helpful, barely apologetic and at times downright rude. I wish I could say breakfast at least was fine but they were out of half of the items by 800 and they open at 7. What a disappointment to the brand. Dont stay here if youre wanting your reservation to be honored or if youre counting on being able to eat breakfast.

Big shout out to the front desk and housekeeping services!!! Echo and her team @ The Fairfield inn and Suites made our Walmart business trip very rewarding and it was a very clean! GREAT location next to many shopping locations and food options. The rooms were in excellent condition. They even provided an assortment of board and card games that we were allowed to play in the lobby in the evening! I would personally recommend this location for your next business venture or family travel! Rooms: Excellent Condition Safety: Felt very safe

Hotel was located in a very safe area and the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast provided was hot and lots of great choices. Many restaurants in the area as well. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The meeting room was set up well. Thank you, I will definitely stay here again.
