My daughter and I only stayed one night but we did use the valet parking. We had a very pleasant experience with it. Amayeli was friendly and professional. She retrieved our vehicle quickly and wished us a great rest of our day. Thanks, Amayeli!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THE BAR AND FRONT DESK. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING FROM THE NEXT ROOM OVER. IT MAY BE NEW BUT THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU DONT PLAN TO USE THE HOTEL AT ALL

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. This location is in the Old Market area with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel itself was great, clean rooms and the bed was so comfortable. The reason for only 4 stars was because of a couple issues with the staff. When we checked in, we arrived much later than we planned and just wanted to get to bed. I called down to the desk to get two extra pillows brought up. The clerk asked if I checked their stash box on our floor, I said there wasnt any pillows. They said someone would be up in about 15 minutes with the pillows. We stayed up until 12:30am45 minutes after they said someone would be up and nobody came with the pillows. The next night, we wanted to valet our car. When we got back to the hotel there wasnt anyone at the valet stand. We checked with the front desk and they said yeah, that doesnt surprise me theyre not there. To be honest its best you just park yourself and didnt seem to care to find where the valet was. This wont deter us from staying again, but hopefully management can work on customer service with some of their staff.
