        Extremely unprofessional. They use other people's information without authorization and then lie about it saying it was a mistake. The funny thing is that for 2 years they did not fix the "mistake". A complaint had to be filed for them to try to cover up the illegal thing they did. Raymond Ekeh lied saying that he did not know the situation of his client when he used the information of his client's ex-partner without his authorization knowing they were getting divorce.

        Just feel prices keep going up and no claims have been made. Switching to Progressive...a lot cheaper with same coverage.

      I'm sorry that our prices keep going up, we do our best to find discounts that you may qualify for - especially in this economy. Progressive does not have the same great coverage that American Family does, so I hope they did not sacrifice coverage for price. Ray would be happy to review those policies for you to make sure.
