Golden Steps ABA

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Non-responsive. Several therapists and directors quitting the company in just a few months. Leadership non-responsive. Hit deductible and then they stopped showing up. No communication. No follow-through. Also watch your bills they met with a child once and then billed insurance for daily visits for the next few weeks that did not happen They clearly care more about getting your $$$ than helping children, IMHO.

So we never received services but my husband called the director and he was giving my husband the run around that the fact that they didn't take our insurance that they couldn't help us at all. Waste of time. If they don't take your insurance it will be 2K just for the diagnosis.

Ive been working for Golden Steps as a RBT for quite sometime now and Im very happy to be part of such a great team. Our company embraces employees diversity and treat us as equals in the workplace. Our leaders are very approachable and understanding, and quick to provide support when needed. Its great to see that everyone works hard to bolster our companys success. On a daily bases, I feel inspired by my fellow RBTs, BCBAs and the amazing kids we work with. We want to give our clients, and their parents, the best professional, compassionate and caring experience throughout our ABA program. Thats really something to be proud about it!

I have loved working for Golden Steps. The main priority is client care and accommodating thier unique needs. The leadership has been very understanding and accommodating to schedule changes and personal emergencies. Atara and Deyanara are very good about communicating changes or upcoming events. Heidi Dostal-Wellman and Amber Johnson are great to work with and willing to make changes to client plans based on my input and what works best for the client.
