Nothing but the best to say about Nancy. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had with our loan officer, Nancy and her team at Access Bank. Nancy was so wonderful throughout the loan process. And we are very grateful for the diligent work she put in when we ran into a couple issues. After talking with Nancy during our first phone call, I knew she would be great to work with. We ended up working with her for about three months and Nancy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable the entire time. She went above and beyond to be supportive from the time we were planning our out-of-state move until we successfully closed on our new home without any issues.
