Marco's Pizza

This Marcos location has really fallen off. They used to be very timely. As a family who has pizza every weekend just about we have had terrible wait times in the last few months. There are easily 12 families waiting for their delayed pizza order pick up including me. Very unfortunate because the pizza is great. This will be our last time using them.

I went in to go get my order and riyo (the lady who put my order in) was very nice and she put in my order correctly and she said it would be an hour wait Wich was okay with me but I came back an hour later and my order was not ready and had not even been started and people did not come to help me at the register for about 3 minutes and then they had to go make it right away which was nice of them to do but I still found it very frustrating that my order was not even being prepared yet and the time it took to get help.

Marco's is the best pizza in the area, and the first pizza that comes to mind when it's pizza night at our house. The ingredients are fresh. I love the honey on the pepperoni!

As I sit here in line watching people walk up and cancel their carryout orders while I wait on 2 single topping pizzas my wife ordered over 2 hours ago on the app, I wonder if the owner/franchisee has any idea of the level of incompetence of those that are here tonight. Zero accountability, damage control or ownership. "We only have 2 pizza makers" is a horrible excuse especially when you run a weekly BOGO promo on Tuesday literally every week. Sucks I have to find another pizza place because I live two blocks away. I get good help is hard to find but you're in the service business, so you've gotta find a way to hire competent people or just close your doors.
