CityLine Properties is a great company to rent from. The process to apply was super easy and the approval didnt take long at all. Kellie has been awesome to work with and I would definitely recommend renting from CityLine Properties!

Be sure to read that fine print in the rental agreement. I refused to sign it due to how unresonable it was, so they cancelled my booking. Edit to address CityLine's response: I fully expected them to cancel my booking without a signed rental agreement, and I would not allow a tenant to stay without a rental agreement. I am totally agreeable to a short list of house rules to protect themselves, but this rental agreement was far from that and I have seen nothing like it in my years of renting, so it is far from standard in the business. Where I have an issue is is in some of the specific terms in the rental agreement, and I would definately not use this company to manage any of my rentals. They give themselves permission to come and enter the property at anytime, without warning, removing any privacy that you may be entitled to at the rental. Furthermore they remove themselves of all liability to keep the appliances in good repair in a resonable amount of time upto and including the HVAC system. I was planning to rent a short term rental from them in the winter time to attend a collegate level course and I was expecting to have heat and privacy, but their rental agrement does not guarentee that and I am unwiling to put my studies at risk by renting from a compnay that includes stipulations such as those mentioned above. Now, I could not quote the rental policy verbatum because by the time they had responded to this review they removed it from my rental booking and I am unable to view it any longer. I reached back out to CityLine in an effort to discuss the terms and clarify anything that I might have misunderstood and this was their response: "Your booking was cancelled. No need to worry about the rental agreement any further. We have processed your refund."

I have been renting with them for half of a year now and honestly would definitely reccomend. They are always speedy with repairs when need be. I would definitelt reccomend.

Dan and his team have their systems down and are incredibly knowledgable. They helped me with things that I never would have considered as a long-term rental owner and provide me with ways to have safe and clean homes that are in compliance. We have been with Cityline properties for 3 years now and we absolutely love it. They are very fast to fix any problems I have. They have answered every one of my questions and Ivan Vazquez has been amazing in answering my questions and concerns.
