        We have rented for 22 years. When this company took over. Maintenance does not get addressed in a timely manner or not addressed at all. All owners before this company did an A+ job.

        Ive had the experience of dealing with APM for less than a year. It had an up but most of it was downs. They basically with neglect to reach out to you for repair updates. Ive tried to get in contact with them since beginning of March and got their automated system that told me they were busy every single time. I was ignored for a simple dry wall repair to the point where I was tempted to just fix it myself. They will chose to ignore you until youre no longer their problem. The place Im living is swapping managements on the 1st of April and I havent heard from anyone at APM since the beginning of February. Its a shame you have to bug them constantly for simple repairs. If possible for your future management companies Id stray away. A person was assigned to fix my drywall as of a month ago. I havent heard from anyone whatsoever. Contractor or management. Chose wisely.
