Decent homes and staff are great to talk with until you get down to big bad Claudia! She's the most rude individual with a disgusting attitude. Things would be better if she was a much nicer person.

I am giving them a five-star because they are easy to get ahold of and very understanding I went into the office and spoke to them they immediately did what they needed to do to get me and my kids into a home thanks a lot thanks a lot maxim realty group

CLAUDIA!! I have lived in my home for six years. I started by renting from a private landlord. I was apprehensive when Maxim took over, as there were many uncommon situations to navigate at the time. Claudia has gone above and beyond from those very beginning days until two years later! She is flexible, with some communication (as long as you are a decent tenant...not asking too much), she is accommodating when you put in a maintenance request (I don't think I've ever waited more than a day) and she laughs at my dry humor! In my experience, she has been professional but extremely easy to work with. Plus, I'm getting way more done to my rental than I ever was before! Thank you Claudia and Maxim! Also, I've never had any issues with anyone who answers the phones!
