        Absolutely unprofessional, I was in on February 27th and one of the employees noticed me looking at one of the chains. I hadn't asked her to but she came over to me and offered to put it on hold for me, I excitedly accepted and told her I'd be back to buy it in 2 days and she said that was perfect. I came back 2 days later on my payday excited to buy the chain and the same girl told me she sold that exact one to someone the day before. The very next day after I had given her my name and information and promised to put it on hold for just 2 days. I will never shop here again, very disappointed.
