I had an absolutely awful customer service at Champs. I went in to return an item without a receipt and was told they would issue a store credit for 1/2 of what I paid for it. I asked why they couldnt look up my store purchase with the credit card I paid with and was told Champs doesnt have that capability. I said that was odd (since most other stores can do returns with a credit card that was used) and was told very rudely that if I didnt like the store policy, I could shop somewhere else. Im not sure why anyone would say that to a customer, bit that indicates the lack of respect this employee understands. I was taken aback by how rudely I was being spoken to, so I asked for the associates first name and was told, I dont have to give my name to you, bro. At that point, I asked to speak to a manager and was told the person I was speaking to was a manager. At that moment, two other associates joined in and told me I didnt understand the store policy and shouldnt shop there. I had enough and realized they just didnt know how to speak to me without being rude. I honestly dont recall a time when I was treated so rudely by a business I patronized. I will never buy anything from Champs again.

Terrible terrible service paid for two day shipping they claim 2 day shipping turns into 3 day shipping then wont cancel the order or give money back. They scam you to for the shipping price and dont deliver when they say
