I's 2024 and Sharon has done my taxes for 15 years. During that time, my wife and I started a company and became self employed. I can't even begin to tell you how many pitfalls she has help us avoid. I don't know where we'd be without her.

Run don't walk away from here ! After talking to this women 3 times in 4 months not once did she say she was not taking on new filers! In fact she told us she doesn't make appointments just bring our info in and she would do our taxes. After we took a half day off to go there she looked up from her desk to snipe "I'm not taking on new customers" Sorry. Real professional!

Dropped off paperwork 2 wks before tax deadline. One wk later when I arrived to pay I noticed a W2 I brought in was missing. I always do a checklist of what I need to file before taking in my paperwork. Sharon refused to admit that a W2 was misplaced & perhaps stapled to another customers filings. I told her I brought in 7 documents. She should have customers sign off on what forms we drop off. She got upset that I questioned her & she pushed the paperwork toward me telling me to take my 9 years of business elsewhere 1 wk before tax deadline. Former owner from North Omaha, Ms Juanita Manuel would never behave this way! I panicked, but got my taxes filed same day elsewhere & much cheaper! Who care that you're tired Sharon! Don't take it out on me. It's tax season & April. I expect a condescending reply to this review in 5, 4, 3...
