H&R Block

DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have had nothing but issues switching over to HR Block from Turbo Tax We came in to have someone assist with understanding why the state is saying that they have not received the w2 for the second year in a row We sat with Nafisa Rahmanzai during this visit and she told us straight to our face after explaining we need a fax sent in of the w2 which HR Block should have already provided to the state since that is what the company was paid for and Nafisa told us straight to our face that she would not assist with the situation because she did not want to Baffled by what was just said we asked for clarification and we heard the words right Not once but twice Nafisa said to a customer that she did not want to help because she did not want to Of course after paying over $300 to have our taxes prepared by this company and the service telling you that they are not helping because they do not want to your customers will be agitated There is no de escalation training and or customer service training and there needs to be Especially at this location as it seems others have had issues as well In person customer service does not look good when the employee is leaned back with arms crossed and no follow up questions are asked if there is confusion and or clarification is needed A few simple clarification questions could have cleared up a lot of issues The manager was told to call later and was no help at all either and was just worsening the situation The agent we worked with previously was able to assist and clarify questions and though there is still an issue she tried her best to help HR Block definitely needs to do some training if they are okay with an employee refusing assistance because they do not want to when an employee has done this before Will be switching companies for tax preparation and definitely against HR Block after this never ending headache Just do not do it!!

These people ripped off my mother. She had simple return and nevraska says its all wrong and she needs to travel to lincoln.
