        Emailed for an appointment to get some running boards & they never responded so I called. Whoever answered was extremely rude, didn't even ask what my truck was just wanted a part number & quickly dismissed me with "those are on back order." No suggestion for anything close to what I was looking for. That's fine because I found them for $150 cheaper than the price listed on their website.

        I was in the market for a soft cover for my '01 Ram and had another truck accessory outlet refuse to sell me a short-bed cover because the tool box and stacks made it a custom length. I didn't want to give almost 2x the price for the factory unit, so I tried Ultimate Truck. The salesman worked with me, and his customer service was on-freakin-point. Highly recommend UT, from my experience they're the best accessory place in town.

      Jodi, I am sorry this was your experience with our company as this was definitely not the intention at all. I would love the opportunity to earn your business in the future and to make sure this doesn't happen again. As for the email, I went through all the emails from our website and did not see one from you. This very well could be an issue with our website, although rare, I have heard this from a couple other people over the last few years. We typically respond to all emails within a 24-48 hour period.
