Margaritaville - Las Vegas

We visited margarita ville twice during our visit due to its location near our hotel (The Flamingo). The first visit was a 10/10 we went at 10:00 for breakfast. Our server was outstanding very attentive and food came out fast. Then during our second visit it was right before they switched over to the lunch menu. This is where things got weird. They wouldn't seat anyone until the kitchen was flipped over, then we went up to the host to let them know how many people we have in our party and he said okay. After that he disappeared and another host started. It was completely un organized she took over a disaster. The previous guy didn't write down half of the names for party's. So we realizes that they start calling people to be seated and there where a few groups of us that looked at each other and realized people that arrived after us where being seated. so we finally go up and get our name on the list, kudos to the 2nd host for cleaning up that mess. Anyways we finally get seated. Then wait about 10-15 for our server to come over and greet us. We were not impressed at this point as our servers section only had us. He then finally coms over and doesn't introduce him self, just asked what we want to drink. Then starts arguing with my mother over her drink order telling her she is incorrect about here drink even though we had it one day prior. Our drinks come out fast. He ends up taking our food order and this is another argument. We order a club sandwich and the my mom and her friend order author to share. He says so all three of you are splitting one? We respond with no 2 sandwiches and 1 is being split between two people. He blankly stared at us. After that we just hoped for the best. The food ended up coming out fast and he had a better attitude by the end of the service but wow was that rough. The only saving grace to the star rating was the quality of the food and the first wateriest we had the first day.

We had our daughter's wedding reception here and it was wonderful!

Super sad this Margaritaville is closing! This location's outdoor seating was fantastic for people watching on the Strip. Great place to grab a margarita to go or stay longer and watch the volcano erupt. I'm going to miss Vegas' Margaritaville
