Thank you to everyone at this facility that made my beautiful niece special day an unforgettable day. All communication was prompt and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this venue as we were also referred by a friend about their amazing services and attention to detail. The owner & coordinator made this process stress free.

I would definitely recommend this venue for your event. Their customer service and professionalism is much appreciated. David, their customer service rep, Noe, their coordinator, and Chef Otto made my experience easy and stress free. They all made me feel comfortable reaching out with all my questions and concerns. If I bothered them, they didnt show it and answered me in a timely manner. On the day of the event, the decor was beautiful and classy. The staff was excellent. They took care of my guests and I didnt have to worry about anything and let me enjoy my daughters party. The DJ was great too and played a variety of music and kept my guest dancing. They made our event memorable and I thank them all for it.

The service at this venue exceeded all expectations. Let me start off with saying that I viewed several venues in the Las Vegas valley. Most of those venues were quinceanera venues, I even viewed a golf course . I either didnt like the location of the venue or how outdated some venues were , how pushy the sales representative was or the lack of wanting to help me and answer my questions . But from my very first encounter with this venue, I had a pleasant experience they were not pushy. They were not trying to upsell me. They were not trying to convince me. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, and they were always there to answer any questions and willing to help me make my daughters dreams come true. I didnt sign the contract the first day because I wanted to keep my options open, and I continued to view other venues . They didnt call me. They didnt pester me. They didnt bother me like other venues did . however, the customer service that I received at Factory Of Dreams was beyond any service I have ever received at any other location. if I had to compare the customer service i would describe it as a Ritz Carlton, five diamond stay . I was able to text them at any time of the day and they would respond. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and always welcomed me and answered my questions with a smile . thats the reason why I chose this location, besides the fact that the location is safe and the venue inside is beautiful. The day of the actual event, I was not expecting for the servers to serve each table. I was expecting to get up, get my food and get my own drinks at the bar. However, each table had a server assigned to them. the servers would bring drinks shot or anything we requested. And let me tell you my family can drink everyone walked out of there, drunk! Thank you Factory Of Dreams for providing me with the best customer service and making my daughters day that much more special and my day stress free . I highly recommend you to check them out
