        If I could give him zero stars I would. He would not do my taxes this year as I complained about his fee last year. I felt He was rude and insulting when I called to make an appointment.

        We started a small business in 2022 and not confident about preparing our taxes. Even though I was late in contacting Karl, he was able to work us in and complete our taxes. We appreciate Karl's professionalism, consideration, willingness to listen, taking time answer our questions and offer suggestions for success. We feel very lucky to have found Karl and look forward to many years of working with him.

      The prior tax year she insisted on a discount; we do not negotiate our fees, but in the interest of time, we reduce her fee. We provide high quality CPA and tax services and bill all our clients equally. She returned, the following year, and was informed we could not provide further services. Her call got heated and I hung up, since I don’t have time for such. We are very selective of clients we retain. We wish her all the best in her endeavors.

      I apologize for not being able to fully understand M Soy. I am somewhat hard of hearing, and am sorry for offending by asking her to repeat herself. Our landline clarity is good, but sometimes incoming cell phone reception makes it harder to hear too. We wish M Soy all the best in her endeavors.
