My mother Mickey loves to shop at TJMaxx. she buys stuff even if she doesnt necessarily need them so she returns/exchange items often. She experienced bad customer service at restaurants and other retail stores but she was very impressed with an employee name Beulah. She was very kind to my mother and she has the capability to exceed customers satisfaction. Thank you Beulah, I hope you have a great day. My mother: Beulah I love shopping at t-Jmax HomeGood. So, there are many times when I buy things I dont need. So there are cases where I return the item later. These days, I donate rice or When I was shopping, I often felt bad because many of the employees had an unfriendly attitude toward customers. However, I returned an item from T-j max a few days ago, and Beulah was very kind. He has the ability to make guests feel good. I was thankful that it was Beulah. Have a nice day always.
