I shopped in this store about 20 minutes and I wasnt addressed by not one single salesperson. Not even a Hi. All the people around me got helped but I didnt get any acknowledgment whatsoever. I check out and the cashier is a little passive aggressive and I noticed she gave someone credit for the sale when no one helped me at all. A little disappointed with my experience but I just wont be back to this location in the future.

We came here to purchase my wifes favorite purse which is Michael Kor. We walked in store and was totally ignored by the floor people. My wife was standing within 3 feet of an employee and we got nothing. These young girls they hire have no professionalism and manners. What a shame the way they treat potential customers. Lost business Since this original post we had to return to their store for a return and was pleasantly surprised by the change in staff and customer friendly service. They were aware of the problem and fixed it 100%. Thank you

Place seemed disorganized and cashier was rude. I've been to many Michael Kors stores but this one seemed extra ghetto.

No more MICHAEL KORS!! I always spend a good deal of money on MICHAEL KORS, but I'm completely disappointed with the sales manager and the company. Today 1/18/24 I brought back a Christmas gift I sent to my daughter, which didn't fit her and they didn't want to take it back because it was past the 30 days, usually, stores give an extended return policy due to holidays, they made me wait in the store until they got the approval from the Mgr to do it ONLY this time as an exception because of their policy, WHERE IS THEIR LOYALTY FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS?? Besides that, I also noticed that I never get any of their perks for my birthday, because they take away all my points in January and my birthday is in February... not a nice move!! NO MORE MICHAEL KORS!!
