Horrible service! 40 min waiting to be told only spicy breasts & wings available. Irresponsible customer service ever. They shouldve come outside letting people know whats not available before people get stuck in the drive thru!!!!

I wish I could rate this location less than 1 star because sadly, that is what it deserves. The first time I went to this location to get a chicken sandwich, the line at the drive-through was excessively long so I decided to go inside. Once I got to the counter to place my order, I was told theyre out of chicken patties. I was disappointed but realized these things sometimes happen. BUT THEN, a week later on Saturday night (4/2/22) I tried my luck again. This time I went inside with my cousin, but first decided to use the restroom and asked my cousin to hold our place in line. When I came out of the restroom, my cousin was shaking his head, looking towards two of the employees. I asked him what happened, and he mentioned that the female (who seemed to be the manager) was yelling at one of the guys taking orders in front of all the customers. It was extremely unprofessional. We then approach the counter as its our turn, and that same female asks us, annoyed, Are you waiting to pick up an order? I respond that no, we want to place one. She then lets out a big sigh and tells us that the lobby is closed (it was NOT) and goes on to tell us (and anyone else that was listening) that she has to be up for work at 7AM the next morning and isnt taking anymore orders. WHAT?!?! You shouldve seen my face. I shook my head, told her she was really unprofessional, and walked out. To the snarky manager or whoever you are: DO BETTER. If getting up early to cover your shift is too much of an inconvenience to you, find a different job
