Big Chicken

I come to Vegas often for work, and have always made a point to stop at the Big Chicken to get the grilled cheese chicken sandwich it was big it was delicious. They discontinued it and replaced it with tiny, average flavored chicken sandwiches. Wont be coming back. Buns were stale and dry today, fries were cold and soggy. Extremely disappointed.

First time here and was very excited, the inside is cool and clean. But the only thing that was disappointing was the size of the sandwich the chicken piece was very thin. The wings were on point, and so we're the drinks. And the price was great as well. But the sandwich didn't even come close to the menu picture.

The place is a cool and the food is good except for I CANT give this place a goid rating due to service! The people who served my 11 and 13 year old kids the HOTTEST sandwich I have ever had was ridiculous!! My kids instantly got sick and when I took a bite, i couldnt enjoy the rest of my dinner at that point because it was extremely hot!! They should have not sold the Nashville hot sandwich to any little kids like that. That sandwich is not spicy, it is horrible!!!!

I love Shaq and the presentation of Big Chicken. We played foosball while we waited for the food. It was a bad day to come, though, because their soda fountain and shake machines were both down. The sandwiches were excellent; the fries were ok. I feel like a shake would have made the experience better, but I have no way to know. The floor around the fountain was sticky from soda spilled on the floor and drying, which made me feel like the place wasnt clean.
