TMC Financing

We never heard from the Loan Officer after first email communication. We spoke via email with the Processor whom was hit or miss on communicating and asked the same questions over and over. Then when we reached out to find out what was going on we received a very non emotional what are you asking of us. The property is not a good buy and we can give you a letter as to what we feel is. Super not a good experience. Wendy Guan and Anna Rummelein Should NOT be allowed to work on loans ever again! They really give TMC a BAD name.

Chris Hunter was invaluable to us in getting our loan paperwork done quickly and correctly. He cares about what he is doing unlike most of the others we dealt with, who appeared to be simply doing their job.

My experience with TMC and Chris Hunter was very unprofessional. So I reached out to Barbara the owner and never got a returned email nor phone call. The fact that no one bothered to return my email, only goes to show they are all about the profits and not the clients. I would truly recommend NOT using TMC for any lending needs!

Chris at TMC really helped us start to finish with our loan process. He was helpful in explaining all the steps. We were able to grow our business and get into a much larger space to accommodate more people and their mental health needs.
