Not a big fan coming here. It seems most of their employees are teenagers here and don't know what they are doing. When I checked out they don't even know how to use the Albertsons app. Not only that, didn't even bag my groceries. I had to bag it myself! Not going to be coming back after what happened.

My husband and I stopped in on a hunt for distilled water, which was crazy scarce for some reason. This store was also out of stock, but when we asked Michelle at the customer service desk, she let us know that it may be a few days before the next shipment, but if we were in a hurry she would call around to help us find some sooner. We were in a hurry so she made some calls to other Vons and non-Vons stores until she found one that had some in stock! While she was helping us, a few other customers came up to her to thank her for something she had done for each of them. It made us feel even more grateful to know that we had someone so caring and competent helping us out.
We also bought a garden swing chair while we were there and she called around and found another Vons that had it in stock because we wanted two. The young man who brought the chair to our car had a great energy and worked with a smile. Really loved the total positive experience. Thank you Michelle and young man who helped!

These Vons grocery stores are the cleanest grocers in the Southwest Valley. I know, I worked at the Henderson Anthem location. Staff treats you as if you live in a small town rather than the hustle and bustle of big city life. This is the location of Vons closest to my home, however. Thank you Vons for your proper and friendly customer service.

Had coupons so we went there and picked up a few things. Stores always very clean. A little pricey otherwise unless you have coupons.
